WORK PLACE: They are residential homes in which a person or an entity is licensed to provide personal care, special care, room, and board to more than one but not more than six adults.
The main responsibilities for the CAREGIVER are:
Assist with walking and light exercise, plan and prepare meals, followed by clean-up, make beds, change linens, light house-keeping, dusting, vacuuming, assist with bathing, dressing, rooming, laundry and ironing, take out garbage, engage in physical and mental exercise, provide medication, engage in activities, companionship( one on one).
Record daily care notes, report any significant changes.
EMPLOYMENT LOCATION: Washington, California, Oregon, Arizona, and any other Federated States.
GENDER REQUIRED: Female and Couples.
AGE: Between 25 to 55 years old; Candidates between 21-24 years old are considered for a caregiver/aide caregiver job if they are experienced in elderly care and can prove it by providing a relevant reference.
PERSONALITY: It is required to be patient, supportive, kind, gentle person, with good attitude, serious and hardworking.
LEVEL OF ENGLISH: intermediate.
THE SALARY: 1800 - 2500 USD (gross salary);
The WORKING TIME and the resting time:
-8-12 hours/day (depending on daily needs), 6 days/week;
The PERIOD OF THE EMPLOYMENT:
- 6-11 months with possibility to be extended up to 2 years if employment visa will be successfully extended for additional period.
ACCOMMODATION:
It is live in system, free of charge. The caregiver might be needed to share the room with maximum one other colleague.
MEALS: 3 meals/day or even more depending on each employee.
JOB EXPERIENCE:
It is not required experience, however any previous experience is an advantage for the employee to adapt faster to the new work environment.
It is a plus if you have a little experience working with the elderly.
QUALIFICATION:
It is not required any qualification, however any relevant educational background is an advantage for the employee to accomplish easier the care giving responsibilities. Our partners from USA will provide the necessary certificates required by the state.
