- Career programs offer rotation in different departments within the 5* hotels located in 30 cities all over US (Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York, Washington, Boston, as well as many others)
- Usually you are exposed to 2-4 departments within one division (Food & Beverage/Rooms Division/Culinary).
- Your job may vary from line positions to supervisory positions.
- We can offer programs on various levels within the hospitality industry.
- Also full time positions are possible for candidates who have extensive experience.
- Positions we could offer are i.e. Shift leader at the Front Desk, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or (Assistant) Restaurant Manager, Waiter, Barman.
* Aged between 18 and 30
* Graduated from a hotel school (minimum duration 2 years full time)
* Recent relevant experience within a hotel or restaurant (4* or 5* level)
* Good speaking knowledge and understanding of English
* Currently working in a hotel/restaurant
* Candidate should not have worked in a position higher then outlet manager (restaurant manager, Front desk manager, sous chef)
* the hotel will pay you the same as it would pay to another employee who was hired for the same position.
* depending on the city and the hotel this hourly wage could vary from about $7.00 to $12.50. A monthly salary could vary from $1,400 to $2,600;
* Overtime is paid at 150%.
* Full time positions are offered at competitive annual salaries.
