Welding (sudor)

- the work are seams intended for pressure vessels
- experienced welder (1st category official or equivalent)
- techniques:
1st priority semiautomatic (normally flux core, used for quality welds that are to be tested per ultrasonic testing, radiography¿). FCAW/GMAW
2nd priority rod. SMAW
3rd the ability to use arc-air for back gouging is very much valuable (it can be accepted that some one on the group does not have this ability).
4th tig is valuable, not mandatory. GTAW
-to work in welds intended for pressure vessels (60, 70, etc¿) sometimes involving preheating.
- carbon steel, Cr-Mo, stainless steel, cladding, inconel etc¿
- correct quality (it is a normal requirement UT and/or RT testing)
- concept of finished seam is equal to correct finished seam (no undercuts, spatter¿)
- able to work at height and confined spaces.

The agency/worker must inform in advance about any limitation (physical and or skills) if any.
