Under the supervision of our EALA Quality and Engineering Lead, you will be requested to:
• Develop Performance Prediction Models for our Delivery processes: this includes
o Individuating statistically relevant relationships between process inputs and outputs using tools like Minitab or similar, designing experiments were needed to substantiate those relationships
o Design performance models based on the defined relationships using tools like Excel, Minitab and Chrystal Ball or similar
o Define experiments to proof the correctness of developed models
• Provide training, guidance and support to Delivery Centers Metrics professionals in properly implementing Statistical Process Control practices and defined Prediction Models as required by CMMI High Maturity process models.
• Control quality of data reported by Delivery Centers Metrics Teams and provide guidance and support to the Centers in removing deficiencies.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Statistical Control Practices in EALA Delivery Centers.
• Display professionalism and confidence, demonstrating personal commitment and relevant knowledge during interactions with peers, leadership, and customers.
Profile:
• Degree in Statistics
• Writes and speaks fluently English
• Team player with good communication skills, ability to achieve buy-in of proposed solutions
• Ability to establish and maintain trustworthy professional relationship
• Well structured, action-oriented approach to problem solving
• Willingness to travel outside the country for short periods of time
Technical Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of Statistical Process Control in Service or Manufacturing organizations
• Experience in software development projects using one or more formal methodologies is an advantage
• Experience in Quality Management is an advantage
• Knowledge of the S.E.I. Capability Maturity Model Integration is an advantage
• International project team
