• Leading application development team or subteam
• Closely communicating with functional designers, understanding the requirements and transforming these into technical desings
• Overview the ABAP development based on the technical designs
• Reporting quality of service internally and also towards customer
• Couching and motivating people in development team in order to deliver high quality service
• Strong problem-solving ability with proven attention to detail
• Strong ability to translate functional designs/requirements into technical design
• Excellent communication skills, including written and fluent spoken English. German is advantage.
• Drive, motivation and enthusiasm for the role and for being involved in this exciting international project
• Understanding of SAP ABAP development concepts, guidelines and SAP architecture
• Experience with SAP ABAP desing and development
• Strong interest in IT
• Willing to travel for skills training and knowing counterparts
• A basic understanding of key business processes an advantage, otherwise willing to learn
• Experience of leading a team and motivating others
• Experience of planning work and delivery to a plan
