We are looking for a Power Systems Expert and MP4 consultant for one of our clients, a top player in the field of power systems and electric networks.
Responsibilities:
Contributing to the company’s excellence by providing advanced energy expertise services in the field of power systems and electric networks (HV, MV, and LV) for the company’s customers and internal entities;
Directly contributing to the development of installed base services of the company;
Carrying out MP4 audits in the company’s customers factories and debriefing in front of customer C-levels to convince them and generate additional business;
Interacting with the customer’s decision makers, engineers, and maintenance personnel while onsite, in addition to company’s salespeople, mainly in Central-Eastern Europe countries;
Contributing to the development of expertise knowledge;
Formalising the necessary skills about MP4 processes, applications and technologies to regional entities;
Developing and carrying out consulting and expertise services in power systems for the market segments targeted by the company, such as: prescriptions, studies, calculations, modelling and simulations, trainings, coaching, expertise surveys and other audits, on-site measurements.
Senior Electrical Engineer having an extensive knowledge of industrial network architectures (HV, MV, LV) and their behaviour, as well as their implementation (design, analysis/study, installation, maintenance, upgrade-modernization). Central-Eastern Europe local standards knowledge would be appreciated;
Having a very good technical background on safety and reliability, network protection, power systems analyses and application software competencies;
Having very good interpersonal skills, capability to prescribe and develop SE expertise activity, ability to be efficient within a short-time and under customer pressure, ability to evaluate and assess a large scope without going into in-depth studies;
Being capable to understand and analyze the customer’s needs, requests and industrial processes;
Having team working and team leading capabilities (while on-site) as well as work independently;
Being fluent in English (both written and oral) and intermmediate in French.Experience
Having significant experience in electrical engineering designs and installations (~10 years);
Conducting expertise studies in power systems and electric network protections would be highly appreciated;
Having experience in project execution and/or in field service engineering would be also appreciated.
