Responsible for supporting onboarding activities for new customers to hardware and software IT asset management services, including the implementation of global processes and tools, analyzing and mapping legacy data and migrating legacy toolset. Throughout the projects, you will be asked to cooperate closely with Project Managers and data analysts to ensure all deliverables are carried out in the expected quality and time.
Responsabilites:
• Responsible for analyzing the quality of IT hardware and software data and defining their impact on the pre and post migration service deliverables and contractual obligations
• Determine required IT asset attributes and characteristics that are in-scope to support sold IT Asset Management service
• Define customization and deviation needs and service gaps and communicate them to Implementation Lead
• Support client acceptance testing of IT Asset Management tools by providing consolidated process and data analysis touch points
• Implement and inventory toolset and design corresponding reports
• Trigger toolset and validate it's functionality
IT or related degree or two years minimum of professional IT experience, preferably with data analytical elements (database, data mining, reporting, etc.), is required.
All candidates are required to demonstrate a proficiency in and dedication to:
• SQL and an understanding of databases
• Analytical thinking and the ability to extract information out of data
• An eye for details and a willingness to increase your knowledge level
• Fluent written and spoken English language
Additionally, the following skills and experiences will be preferred:
• Advanced user of MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio
• Development in Visual Basic, VB Script, C#
• Working in international project environments
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues plainly and simply

Working schedule:
EMEA working time – no shifts, 10:00 – 14:00 office hours. Benefit – home office (after probation period possibility of working from home up to 50% of the week).
