RESPONSABILITATI

Manages all Service Delivery deliverables as member of a customer Account Support Team (AST) and as such is recognized as Technical owner within a specific Service Operations in an AST.
Is accountable to the Account Delivery Mangement and is responsible for part of an assigned customer infrastructure in terms of consulting, design, implementation, incident management, problem management and change management.
Ensures that a service as agreed in Service Level Agreement is delivered through effective coordination of resources within the Services Operations and through leadership of an engineering team.

Responsiblities:

Capacity Management

•Coordination role within SO for customer AST including:
•Resource planning & labor tracking in conjunction with the SO team manager
•Backup in case of non-availability
•Quality & performance metrics and measurement within SO for designated customers.

Cost Management
•Coordination role within SO for customer AST including:
•Cost of SO delivery for designated customers (when available)

Problem Management
•Overall technical ownership for designated customers including:
•Security, Change and Problem Management responsibilities

Change Management
•Coordination role within SO for customer AST including:
•Identification of technical resource to complete change management activities
•Coordination role within SO for customer AST including:
•Identification of technical resource to complete project related activities

Escalation
•Available as an escalation engineer and leads escalations for the SO
•Coordination role within SO for customer AST including:
•Identification of technical resource to support customer escalations

•Network size: network of EMEA Enterprise clients
•Server: Windows server 2000/2003/2008,


CERINTE

•Skilled Network Engineer with 4-6 years of engineering experiences who is interested in Project Management
•Batchelor/Masters degree or equivalent experience.
•Fluent English
•Proven knowledge of Cisco, Checkpoint and Procurve hardware
•Good knowledge of networking technologies in particular LAN, WLAN and WAN
•Proven project management skills.
•Understanding of business environment, processes and organization.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: ability to debate, dialogue, negotiate, influence and work with conflicts of interest creatively, collaboratively, and constructively.
•Ability to work in a matrix environment.
•Customer oriented, ability to understand customers' needs and develop appropriate solutions.


BENEFICII OFERITE

working schedule: EMEA working time – no shifts, 10:00 – 14:00 office hours. Benefit – home office (after probation period possibility of working from home up to 50% of the week).
