Being responsible for running all or part of a construction site.
Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts.
Developing the programme of work and strategy for making the project happen.
Overseeing the running of several projects.
The Construction Manager must demonstrate to have at least 5 years of work experience with the performance of site manager with special focus in civil engineering during the last 15 years indicating the price, the construction time, the Employer under the following conditions:
1. participation in the implementation of at least 2 projects under FIDIC Contractual terms regarding the construction of motorways or expressways;
2. the participation in these at least 2 projects must be in the site manager position for roads with width not less than 22,5 meters or bridges of the length not less than 150 meters;
3. the participation in these at least 2 projects must be of a minimum duration corresponding to 50% of the Project construction time (the construction time shall mean the period from the date of the Notice of commencement of works to the date of the issue of the Acceptance certificate) at construction of motorways and expressways;
4. these at least 2 projects have to have the total contract price of construction works of the project of at least 50.000.000,00 Euros.
