Main responsibilities:
Project work within the Financial Services Industry
Delivering of large scale program initiative, often reporting directly to senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams
Setting up and project lifecycle and employing these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverables
Working as a Business Consultant - finding gaps, improving existing processes, bringing new solutions and communicating with IT consultants and testers
University degree, specialisation in Finance is an advantage
Senior experience as a Business Consultant, very good knowledge of processes in financial/banking institutions
Proactive person, innovative, creative personality
Fluent knowledge of English language is a must
Knowledge of German or other EU language is a plus
Excellent Project Management skills
You have at proven experience of project work within the Financial Services Industry
Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client
In-depth knowledge of Mid- and Back-office process improvement, product management, client implementation, internal strategy
Good background in at least one of the product segments in Corporate Banking or Investment or a Market Infrastructure Provider
Able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with managers and clients, discussing complex ideas and developing project deliverables
Eager to travel and work in cross-border/cross-disciplined teams at client site
