Managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects to negotiating contracts;
Creating and maintaining the territory sales plan;
Managing demands and qualify opportunities;
Identifying prospects and creating entry strategies for each of them;
Establishing and maintaining relations with the existing clients;
Executing competitive sales tactics to win business;
Using business, technical and financial knowledge to create value propositions;
Leading or participating in contract negotiations;
Managing the local distributors;
Being responsible for the team management.
University degree, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science;
Minimum 8 years of experience in selling instrumentation products, software applications or control and safety systems (PLC, DCS, ESD) to the process industries (ideally oil & gas or power);
Experience with team management;
Excellent communication and presentations skills;
Strong contract negotiations and closing skills;
Drive for results, ability to work alone and in a team;
English – fluent, other local languages is an advantage;
Flexibility for extensive business travel (up to 50%).
