This is a unique opportunity to start with a company which aims to drive the market worldwide in online banking as
ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER
with main accountabilities:
develops and manages the company's brand – from strategy to implementation, responsible for brand and communication strategy for the entire bank across CEE countries
manages all marketing communication channels including ATL/BTL, online marketing, consumer PR and social media
has full ownership of the marketing budget with focus on efficient 'traffic generation' and brand building
owns the relationships with key external vendors
constantly seeks for new and innovative ways to generate customer 'traffic' as cost effectively as possible
leads the head office team directly and the country advertising & communication teams
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
8 years marketing experience, min 5 in management position
proven expertise in designing and implementing marketing strategies, positioning, communication strategy, media planning, campaign planning and execution
experience in online banking / financial services is a plus
experience in managing large budgets and proven project management skills
strong analytical skills, precise, self-reliant, learning continuously
excellent command of English language, other languages are a definite plus (Polish, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Slovenian, Russian)
