° Accountable for development, implementation and administration of the company's policies relative HR managing (recruitng, training and development) to support human objectives.
° Assures the managing of compensation and benefit programs
° Coordinates training and development specific programs.
° Oversee the effective implementation and administration of personel policies and practise.
° Defines definitions of macro/micro structures and process in agreed with management
° Develops and manages industrial relations system according to policy of Group
- university degree in law or economics;
- relevant experience in a similar position (automotive field is a plus);
- experience in domains such as:
* Organisation methods
* Trades union and industrial relations
* Safety & Enviroment
* Security
* Personnel administration
* Jurisdiction and lay off
* HR development tools
- english is a must, italian would be a plus;
- driving license: B;
- availability to travel inside the country and abroad;
- PC skills: Office;
