Position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is meant to ensuring that the Health, Safety and Environmental issues (including loss prevention) are adopted and managed in compliance with the national legislation and Pirelli corporate requirements
Responsibilities:
Ensures that HSE requirements regarding loss prevention are adopted and implemented in line with the local legal requirements;
Defines the HSE and loss prevention objectives and action plan together with the line manager;
Identifies situations which are not in compliance with the applicable requirements and come up with quick sustainable solutions;
Defines and implements the audit and surveillance plans;
Ensures the implementation and maintenance of the HSE system according to the ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
Availability for immediate relocation to Slatina
Fluent in English
University degree (ideally, engineering)
ISO quality standard certificate
High level of knowledge of the applicable environmental standard and legislation
High level of understanding the safety devices and risks for health related to working activities.
