Responsibilities:
Communicates closely with the management to identify requirements for recruitment, training and professional development of employees, to ensure that the quantity and quality of manpower is suitable to the company’s development;
Leads the process of implementing the group performance appraisal system;
Initiates and participates in the development and implementation of an apprenticeship programme;
Creates open and transparent HR structures and plays an active role in creating positive and trustful relationships between top management and employees;
Ensures continuous support and advice for management and employees in all HR-related issues, etc.
Requirements:
University degree, in general economics/technical/business;
Direct performance of HR activities (including compensations & benefits, performance evaluation, personnel administration, etc.);
Experience in the recruitment process of workers and middle management
Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs;
Experience in setting up and implementing of procedures;
Knowledge about retention/compensation & benefits schemes and models;
Familiar with labour law for managing the day-to day tasks;
Knowledge of HR SAP is an asset;
Team leading experience of 3+ years;
Experience in an international environment is an asset;
Must be culturally sensitive, able to keep information confidential and work well under pressure;
Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, focused on results and highly responsible;
Well-organised, self confident, able to prioritise and multi-task, and to persuade others to do likewise;
Proactive, innovative/ready to develop/implement new ideas to improve workflows and thus the work efficiency;
Excellent communication, inter-personal and influencing skills;
Leadership skills, good coaching and mentoring skills;
Diplomacy, tact, common sense, integrity;
Fluent in English & Romanian.
