Our client it is the largest aluminium smelter in Central and Eastern Europe operating now for more than 5 years and is continuously upgrading itself. Part of Vimetco Group, Vimetco Extrusion is a fast growing company, located in Slatina, permanently seeking to fulfill its motto, “Committed to perfection“, by providing high quality products, short delivery times, and above all, professional customer service.
Maintaining a permanent contact with the clients from Germany and Austria;
Confer with customers by telephone or email in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints;
Sending all the necessary documentation to the clients – order’s confirmation, bills, technical drawings, status update in regarding with logistics operations;
Keeping records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken;
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
Monitoring the special status of the profiles, the orders of molds and the transmission of samples to customers;
Collaborating with other departments in order to meet customer’s requirements.
