Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate production functions with Project Manager, Engineering Designers, Production Planners, Production Managers, Purchasers, Quality Assurance Engineers and Safety Officers
Co-ordinates functions with all sections for production requirements
Ensure various sections working to schedule
Plan & Control production progress through the application of effective process flow system
Decide with Production Managers on project manpower requirements
Determine with Production Managers on working time and schedule
Requirements:
Recognised Degree in any engineering discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marine or offshore engineering
Good knowledge in project planning & control, planning technique & construction technique and control, classification rules & regulations and rigs and drilling equipment concepts & functions
Ability to lead and co-ordinate various type of trades to perform works on ship or offshore structure construction projects
Effective interpersonal, communication and management skills
Good leadership qualities as well as a team player
