We urgently need an experienced Test Manager to lead the establishment of then run a test team in Sibiu, Romania.
The role will be responsible for planning and managing the end to end test process and leading the execution of test script writing, testing and sign off of successful test results to allow software to be promoted to our live production environment. The company manages projects from the UK and Dubai, does software development in India and has customers across Europe, Middle East and Africa and the role will need to co-ordinate effective communication and working with team across these international environments. Travel is likely to be a feature of the job.
You should ideally have:
• Over 7 years proven testing, test planning and test management experience in the software industry. Knowledge of the payments industry would be ideal.
• Excellent test troubleshooting and analysis skills in a logical and disciplined manner with attention to detail.
• Knowlege of Microsoft Windows 2003 server, SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange 2003 environments with some development experience or knowledge in .NET 2.0 (C#) and some HTML/XHTML skills.
• Advanced English written and verbal language skills
