Your task is to provide 1st level support for the German customers of the worldwide leader in multimedia equipments;
You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and received e-mails;
You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues;
Outbound calls to customers and vendors will be sometimes necessary, in order to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems;
This function is a full time function (40h/week);
Proficiency in German and English languages;
Medium IT skills (MS Office, Windows, Internet);
Troubleshooting skills;
Previous work experience in a similar role is an advantage;
Fast learner;
Customer-oriented;
Self motivated, positive attitude and approach.
