- Graduate Engineer
- Fluency in English
- Significant experience in high volume manufacturing (ideally in Automotive)
- Manufacturing quality and Supplier Quality experience
- High level of knowledge of product engineering and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Quality Tools, Statistical Process Control and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Demonstrate problem solving and program management experience
- High level of independent judgement, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Capable of communicating expectations clearly and concisly
- Excellent comunication skills
