Managing the daily work progress at a construction project;
Guidance and supervision of subcontractors in respect of quality, time schedule and normatives.
Preparation of measurements according to the BOQ
Liaising with local authorities, environmental agencies and federal entities on the implications of the construction;
Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitary of the site;
Solving construction problems on site together with the project management;
Acting as the quality control and assurance to ensure that the project objectives are met;
To ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed;
Obtaining the construction materials and verifying them;
Controlling the cost of the materials and labor;
Selecting the ideal equipments to be used
Scheduling the construction work of day;
Ensuring that the project starts on time and ends within the estimated duration
Completed degree in civil engineering (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University)
With at least 5 years of work related experience as a Civil Engineer
Very good written and spoken language skills in English or german
The ability to work in a team, dedicated commitment as well as a systematic and independent workstyle;
