RESPONSABILITATI

• Responsible for the delivery of services as Help Desk, Desktop Support, and Deployment services, Technical Staffing and Service Desk Suite for a large customer.
• Responsible for all aspects of operational delivery. Focuses the team on effective use of workforce management for forecasting, staffing, resource requirement and attainment of Service Levels.
• Daily management of Team Leaders.
• Promote process and business goals to ensure financial, performance and client satisfaction objectives; Measures and reports on key delivery metrics
• Carry out the tactical strategy and deliver services and solutions based on the account strategy. This includes creating and/or communicating tactical objectives with the global team.
• Responsible for delivery and managing to the scope of work.
• Overall responsible for quality delivery. Effectively utilizes the Corrective Action System, leverages Best Business Practices and process frameworks such as ITIL in order to drive continuous improvement.
• Responsible for developing, sponsoring or supporting introduction of new and improved methods, procedures, or technologies to drive improvement and consistent global delivery. Consistently reviews the program’s performance and identifies trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Plays a key role in the development of staff. This includes goal setting, program or individual training, supporting company and employee rotational opportunities, succession planning, etc.
• Instrumental in maintaining and improving client relationship

• Excellent communication skills
• Exceed the customer’s expectations in terms of quality, service level agreement achievements, client satisfaction and innovation
• Establish and maintain working relationships within the organization as well as externally in the industry
• Bachelor’s degree or significant experience (Graduate degree preferred)
• English level advanced; German will be an advantage
• In-depth understanding of IT industry dynamics and delivery of services
• In-depth understanding of the business value of IT and alignment of Business and IT strategies
• High tolerance and evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations
• Strategic planning abilities; Budgeting/Financial experience
• Continuous Improvement experience
• Excellent relationship skills
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills
• Collaboration and team leadership abilities
• Effective time and project management skills
