The Role:

The Senior Performance & Reward Analyst will utilise their strong analytical experience, apply their professional knowledge to make recommendations and support Europe-wide reward initiatives within a Technology company. The Senior Performance & Reward Analyst will also provide strong technical and data-driven contributions to the development of HR solutions.

Core Tasks:

• Provide advice on all areas of performance and reward, support HR Managers, Management teams and P&R colleagues throughout Europe
• Analyse and provide recommendations for proposed increases to salary and total package
• Identify, support and potentially lead Performance and Reward projects to meet changing business needs
• Provide extensive data analysis and reporting
• Lead multi-country participation in salary and benefit surveys
• Provide support in relation to international assignments e.g. cost estimates, contracts and gathering tax information for the tax authorities
• Handle queries from, and regarding, international assignments
• Manage salary and benefits survey submissions
• Undertake compensation benchmarking
• Provide support for senior management for the annual salary review including learning reviews, planning, system configuration etc
• Participate in and consult on the preparation of ad-hoc HR projects and policies e.g. shift allowances, maternity leave, redundancy and recognition schemes etc

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience within Reward Analysis is essential
• Broad knowledge of reward and HR practices
• Strong Excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlookups, mass data handling) is crucial
• Direct experience of working within a midsize Technology/Telco/IT organisation is advantageous
• Previous experience of working for a European and/or International organisation is preferred
• Direct experience of supporting teams across different countries, building and developing relationships is key
• Able to follow established procedures and provide a consultative service
• Able to work on own initiative, understanding the importance of team work and how their decisions and work impacts on others
• Is able to resolve issues in a proactive, accurate and timely manner

DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

Colt began in 1992 with funding from Fidelity Investments. Within a year we’d completed 15 km of our London network, and been granted a PTO licence so that we could offer voice and transmission services. We soon had our very first customer.

We then signed various interconnect agreements and by 1995 had completed the initial phase of our network in London’s West End. That meant we could compete for business amongst the vibrant media, advertising and broadcasting community located in that area. We won more and more customers and by 1996 Colt was floated on the London Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ. We opened for business in Frankfurt, and gained our licence to operate in France.

Our European expansion continued as we raised new capital, won many awards, and began to work in Spain, Switzerland, and deepen our presence in France and Germany.

As of today, we are Europe’s leading information delivery platform, with over 35,000 European business and government customers. We have the fastest end-to-end European Ethernet network, seamlessly connecting over 100 cities. We also own and operate 19 state-of-the-art data centres.
