For our Colt company based in Sibiu, we are looking for a Senior HR Analyst with a broad knowledge of HR processes and at least 5 years experience, excellent English - mandatory and additional Spanish or German.
Role purpose:
• As part of first level support centre for HR Services, provide first line of support for employees in all Colt countries and answer queries pertaining to HR Services provided by different BSU HR teams
• Co-ordinate within HR teams for necessary resolution of employee queries & issues
• To provide operational support to HR Managers and employees while working with different HR teams on group wide HR processes.
Key accountabilities:
• As part of HR SSC Support Centre, manage queries pertaining to Colts HR Processes
• Manage various HR queries and track resolution
• Prepare required reports for tracking HR Support Centre usage & other reports required by Management team
• Make necessary modifications to existing processes to meet changing requirements as part of a continuous improvement cycle.
• Supports HR processes and related queries across employee life cycle
• Maintains quality standards for all the relevant processes and meets process / service SLA’s.
• Requires minimal supervision for the processes that he is assigned to administer
• Keeps her / him self updated on Colt HR Processes and Systems
Experience:
• 5 to 7 years
Knowledge & Skills:
► Requires substantial experience ( +5 yrs.) of which at-least 3 years in HR with broad knowledge of HR practices
► Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in a global environment
► Understanding / exposure to different HR processes
► Experience of preparing necessary HR reports
► Exposure to employee lifecycle related processes like Employee On-boarding, Leavers process, Promotions, Payroll etc.
► Prior experience of working & supporting in HR Shared Service contact Centre is preferred
► Exposure to and experience of working on HR Systems like Oracle, Siebel etc.
Qualifications:
► Graduate or Post graduate in HR / Management / or other related streams
► Relevant Certifications in HR / Management / related streams
Other requirements:
►Fluent in English Language with proficiency in one additional language – German or Spanish
