Raspunde de productivitatea si calitatea realizate pe schimbul sau
Monitorizeaza in sistem realizarea normei si urmareste productia la benzi
Inregistreaza productia in raportele de productie si ia masurile necesare pentru asigurarea productivitatii, in cazul in care aceasta este necorespunzatoare
Efectueaza convorbiri cu sefii de formatie productie la inceputul schimbului in scopul planificarii productiei pe fiecare banda de lucru
Raspunde de gestionarea personalului pe schimbul sau
Studii superioare in domeniul tehnic
Cunostinte de limba engleza si/sau germana – nivel mediu
Cunostinte de operare PC – nivel mediu
Experienta in domeniul productie – minim 1 an
Experienta in coordonarea personalului
