Job expirat
- Receive, sort and ensure the shipping of the goods;
- Monitor the ins and outs of the stock;
- Ensure correct labeling on the packages;
- Prepare documentation for cargo transport;
- Operate material-handling equipment, such as forklift;
- Work in SAP;
- Issue the delivery notes from SAP, based on the Order Confirmations;
- Monitor the Open Sales Orders in SAP;
- Responsible for Goods’ Receipts in SAP;
- Provide support for the Sales Department.
Good oral and written communication skills in English; at least B2 level is required;
- Good knowledge in applying common software applications, such as MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.;
- Previous work experience in SAP is an advantage;
- Flexibility and initiative are essential assets;
- Driving license category B
- A good physical condition is required.
