We are recruiting for our client, a multinational company active in automotive field, a senior quality manager for the plant in Sibiu.
Responsibilities:
- Directs and coordinates the quality management system and quality processes of the plant to obtain highest quality and customer satisfaction. This includes quality assurance, inspection planning, auditing, traceability, incoming inspection, SQA and laboratory;
- Continually re-evaluates quality systems in order to guarantee highest quality;
- Plans and sets objectives together with the Plant Manger and the Quality Director;
- Plans and develops quality goals and strategies according to given TK Quality targets and customer demands;
- Directs and coordinates quality improvement programs to increase quality of products and meet customer expectation;
- Monitors quality standards against targets and objectives and takes corrective actions as necessary;
- Develop good relations with important customers and suppliers at operational level;
- Coordinates a quality team of 35 persons;
- Assure the use of all Quality Management Regulations according to Quality standard ISO 16949

Requirements:
- Engineering studies;
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive industry;
- Relevant experience in a quality manager position;
- Good knowledge of English language; German is a plus;
- Knowledge of: QMS, AQP, quality process, Incoming/SQA, internal/external audit, testing;
- Open minded and team player;
- Leadership abilities.
