Organizes the production activity for the project that he is responsible for on his shift;
Responsible for reaching the productivity and quality targets realized by his shift;
Responsible for monitoring the reached target in the system and for following up the production status on each production line;
Registers the production figures in the production reports and takes the necessary measures in order to ensure productivity, in case that the productivity target is not reached;
Realizes meetings at the beginning of the shift with the production team leaders for planning the production on each line that he is responsible for;
Responsible for the personnel administration on his shift.
University Degree in Technical field; English and / or German language skills – medium level;
PC operating skills – medium level;
Experience in production field – minimum 1 year; Experience in personnel coordination;
Experience in automotive industry – is a plus; Strong analytical skills;
Training courses - initial and ongoing;
