RESPONSABILITATI

• Taking over, developing the production process for new projects and starting the mass production;
• Planning production capacity, according to customer requirements;
• Preparing work instructions for each stage of the process;
• Participating in intervention on the line along with Quality Assurance department;
• Monitoring and taking measures to fulfill the productivity targets for the production lines and area of responsibility;
• Programming the machines involved in the process;
• Continuous improvement of existing production process and work instructions;


CERINTE

• University degree in Engineering (knowledge of mechanics and electronics);
• At least 2 years of experience as a process or production engineer;
• Experience in the automotive field;
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Auditing represents an advantage;
• Experience with SAP is a plus;
• Good communication skills;
• Advanced English skills;
• German language skills represents an advantage;
• Resistance to stress, meeting of deadlines;
• The ability to work in a well organized system;
• Quick intervention ability and well developed analytical mind.
