We are seeking to employ at the earliest date PC Operators to work in our Sibiu/Romania office, (m/f).
Your responsibilities
You will be part of our content and document management team in Sibiu. With your expertise, you will contribute to successfully operate processed files for printing, in a multilingual environment.
Processing documents in electronic format;
Fulfilling the tasks and respecting the documents delivery deadlines, as well as their quality requirements;
Supporting team members in order to improve the quality and productivity within the team.
Your profile
At least high school graduation;
PC skills: Office (Word, Excel). Other software (IPB tools, Framemaker, Arbortext, InDesign) are an asset;
Experience in working with charts and tables;
Ability to work hard and under pressure;
Very good team spirit and interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
Willingness to work in an environment requiring flexible working hours and on-call duty;
Very good ability to work in a multilingual environment;
Fluent use of English. French is an asset.
