Due to the dynamic development and expansion on the Romanian market, for the GLS headquarter in Sibiu, we are now looking for highly committed and responsible professionals, to fulfill the positions of: Operations Manager Ref. Nr. 20 316
Responsabilities:
- coordinates and develops the whole informational system of the Romanian Office
- coordinates the activity of existing depots and establishes new regional depots in Romania
- selects and acquires the sub-contractors
- responsible for search and selection activities concerning new employees
- manages and coordinates the logistic teams
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree or higher
- at least 2 years, previous professional experience within an industrial or commercial field
- exccelent command of English language, both spoken and written
- very good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- proactive attitude, high problem-solving abilities
