• Interpret design documents and efficiently create courseware pages that integrate text, still images, animation, video, and/or audio
• Work within teams of Instructional Designers, Graphic Artists, Project Managers and Engineers to create engaging training content, interfaces and sharable content objects
• Write, test, debug and implement Flash-based and HTML-based training components
• Create, edit, and integrate media assets as needed to support courseware including graphics, audio and video
• Work with different rapid course development tools
• Very good expertise in Adobe Flash
• Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML and Actionscript min. 2.0
• Good expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with rapid course development tools (desired)
• Demonstrated strong visual design capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to design and develop highly professional and engaging eLearning products according to the project scope
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or German, both written and verbally
