• Interprets design documents and efficiently creates courseware pages that integrate text, still images, animation, video, and/or audio
• Work within teams of Instructional Designers, Graphic Artists, Project Managers and Engineers to create engaging training content, interfaces, custom components and sharable content objects
• Write, test, debug and implement Flash-based and HTML-based training components
• Create, edit, and integrate media assets as needed to support courseware including graphics, audio and video
• Works with different rapid course developpment tools
• Expertise in Adobe Flash
• Good knowledge in critical programming languages: HTML/XML and Actionscript min. 2.0
• Possesses a well-developed design aesthetic
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ideally experience with rapid course development tools
• Demonstrated strong understanding of how multimedia design enhances the instructional value of media
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to design and develop highly professional and engaging eLearning products according to the project scope
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively in Englisch or German, both written and verbally
