- working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualise, build, and test products
- working along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps

- optimising performance of the apps
- explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
iOS
- strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C
- familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc)
- familiar with Xcode
Android
- strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
- familiar with the Android SDK
- familiar with Eclipse
Common
- understanding of other compiled languages
- experience on web service integration (REST, JSON, XML)
- experience building web and native apps
- using version control (e.g. GIT)
- excellent debugging and optimization skills
- experience of development using web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery) woud be a plus

- has a passion for working with mobile applications and enjoys challenges and problem solving
- has a prior working or educational experience developing mobile applications as well as participating in the final testing process of these applications
- utilizes defined core technologies and best practice standards for development and have an ongoing desire to acquire new skills to ensure technical competency
