The Hr Team of Continental Automotive Systems Sibiu is growing and looking for talented, organized and ambitious students and professional who are willing to develop in the Human Resources area.

Our core activities are:
- Business Partners & HR Generalists - Creation, review and organization of recruitment procedures to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs .
- Organizational Development - Identification and lead of organizational development initiatives
- Employer Branding & Communication - Responsibility for communication aspects within the location : newsletters, relation with press and universities, internal & external recruiting platforms, etc.
- Service Center Payroll & Administration - Focus on personnel data administration & payroll calculation.
- Training - Management of Training and induction programs on the location level.


CERINTE

- university degree in Psychology, Economics or relevant
- knowledge or experience in HR processes
- experience in coordinating complex projects from different HR areas or other relevant
- administrative & organizational skills
- details orientation
- advanced excel and power point skills
- advanced english level
- proactive and adaptable to a multinational environment
