- manage Customer Relations and Logistics department effectively.
- taking customer orders
- organizing contracts
- act with all departments to deliver the products to customers effectively
- making order and sales forecasts .
- taking customers feed backs, complaints forwarding them to units and follow-up for solution.
- controlling the procedures for this job.
- organizing the information flow within the company's departments and as well as with freight agents, transporters, customers, suppliers etc
- following the stocks and warn the sales for risks.
- following and reporting costs, and domestic distribution costs
- Refollow-up the customer/supplier faults and manage it with sales group canals.
- sharing the suitability about the domestic regulations with control team.
- good knowledge about local distribution-, import legislation, custom rules,export trade, transportation.
- degree in Business Administration, Economics or IT
- full fluency in English.
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
