RESPONSABILITATI

Role purpose:
• Design, Develop and Deliver training to meet Learning & Development requirements of the Colt Business Units

Key accountabilities:
• Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and produces training materials for variety of training content areas (Technical, System, Process) and delivers this training via appropriate training modality
• Liaises with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Programme & Project Managers in the design & development of learning materials
• Utilises a variety of training modalities, e.g., Classroom, Webinar, eLearning, dependent on the needs of the training audiences
• Adapts course materials to meet the needs of different audiences. Responds to feedback by revising or modifying the training materials when needed
• Designs training interventions that are fit for purpose, incorporating mechanisms for allowing knowledge transfer to occur, e.g., labs, hands-on-exercises, exams, and evaluating that learning has taken place
• Carries out activities around logistics & planning to insure proper scheduling and attendance for training events
• Provides detailed instruction as necessary and responds to wide-ranging and detailed questioning in own area(s) of specialisation
• Obtains feedback from students and other trainers about the training delivered and provides this back to the BSU L&D Snr. Manager
• Attending relevant project meetings and internal L&D Team meetings as required
• Raises issues and proposes solutions in timely manner to BSU L&D Snr. Manager


CERINTE

Experience:
• Has 2-3 years’ experience in a Training Role within a major IT vendor or Telecoms company
• Knowledge of Technology or Telecoms industry with specific focus on Data, Voice and Managed Services solutions
• Ability to utilise MS applications for development purposes (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Word, Project)
• Experience in IT systems, Business Operations, e.g., Business Support Functions, Technology & Engineering. Also, advantageous is Customer Facing background

Qualifications:
• Educated to undergraduate level in a business related area
• Professional qualification in training design and delivery beneficial
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); second European language desirable
