RESPONSABILITATI

Folr aour Colt centre based in Sibiu, we are looking to take onboard a Junior HR Analyst with at least 2 years experience in HR processes, excellent English skills and additional language competencies in German or Spanish.

Role purpose:

• As part of HR SSC Support Centre, answer and resolve queries pertaining to Colts HR Processes
• Resolve HR queries and track resolution of open items
• Support necessary modifications to existing processes to meet changing requirements as part of a continuous improvement cycle.
• Supports HR processes and related queries across employee life cycle
• Maintains quality standards for all the relevant processes and meets process / service SLA’s.
• Requires minimal supervision for the processes that he is assigned to administer
• Keeps her / him self updated on Colt HR Processes and Systems.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

Knowledge & Skills:

► Requires substantial experience of (+3 yrs.), out of which at-least 1 year in HR, with broad knowledge of HR processes & practices
► Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in a global environment
► Understanding / exposure to at-least two HR processes
► Exposure to employee lifecycle related processes like Employee On-boarding, Leavers process, Promotions etc.
► Prior experience of working & supporting in HR Shared Service contact Centre is preferred
► Exposure to and experience of working on HR Systems like Oracle, Siebel etc.

Other requirements:

- Fluent in English Language with proficiency in one additional language – German or Spanish

Colt began in 1992 with funding from Fidelity Investments. Within a year we’d completed 15 km of our London network, and been granted a PTO licence so that we could offer voice and transmission services. We soon had our very first customer.
