RESPONSABILITATI

Role purpose:
• Detailed design and build of server side and integration components
• To ensure optimum coverage over automated test capabilities
• To provide input to the analysis and planning of sprint backlog


Key accountabilities:
• Apply and developing design patterns to address requirements as appropriate
• Detailed design and development of server-side components and backend integration.
• Work closely with the customer, analyst and testers at all stages of a requirements development to ensure that what is produced is fit for purpose.
• Developing at all levels of the application stack, including the front end


CERINTE

Ideal profile:

• Three years of experience in development of WebServices using Java and related technologies
• Experience in TTD practices and have demonstrable experience in use of J-Unit
• Experience of working in a continuous integration driven environment
• Experience of working in a distributed architecture environment
• Progressive thinking and continuous improvement

• Backend Development
o Java
o WebServices APIs: eg. AXIS2/CXF
o Hibernate
o TDD/JUnit
o Maven2
o BPMN2 (JBPM)

• Front end experience
o ROO
o JSP
o AJAX
o Basic CSS

• Testing
o Continuous Integration/TeamCity

• Build/Deployment
o Ruby
o Capistrano
o Linux
o Intermediate Bash scripting knowledge

• Version Control: SVN/GIT
• Strong working knowledge of building integration components for both SOAP and RESTFUL services
• Very good written and verbal English
• A second European language would be an advantage

Administrative details:

Working schedule: Monday-Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30, with 30 minutes lunch break.
Travel: the successful candidate is required to travel to London for the project hand-over and participate at initial training sessions during an approximate period of 1 month.
Contractual period: Full-time employment, during an indefinite period.
Job location: Sibiu
