Responsibilities:
Windows Servers and network, programming and maintenance
VOIP maintenance and programming
Exchange servers maintenance and programming
End point security and firewalls maintenance and security
Implementation and maintenance of hardware, desktops and notebooks
Software installation and user support
Creation of user accounts, outlook mailboxes, files, share and telephone users
Maintenance of user rights
Installation and implementation of network components
Programming, configuration and maintenance of firewalls, switches, wlan
Maintenance of hard disks and monitoring of capacity utilization
monitoring of server logs
Requirements:
Higher education in IT area
Knowledge and experience in 2nd level support
English language - advanced level
