We are seeking to employ at the earliest date illustrations' capture operator (m/f) to work in our Sibiu/Romania office.
Your responsibilities
You will be part of our content and document management team in Sibiu. With your expertise, you will contribute to successfully operate processed files for printing, in a multilingual environment.
Preparation of graphics / illustrations for print;
Adaptation of layout for further languages incl. all necessary changes to tables, charts, graphics, text;
Building-up of layout based on various sources incl. tables, charts, graphics, text;
Creation of “ready for print” files;
Check of files (incoming / outgoing);
Insert necessary corrections into the documents as requested by the customer;
Comparison of manuscript – layout including language-specific rules;
Efficient use of the PrePress-Tools.
Your profile
At least high school graduation;
Good knowledge of desktop applications in general. Acrobat Professional, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Frame Maker are an asset;
At least one year experience on a similar job;
Experience in working with charts and tables;
Ability to work hard and under pressure;
Very good team spirit and interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
Willingness to work in an environment requiring flexible working hours and on-call duty;
Very good ability to work in a multilingual environment;
Fluent use of English. French is an asset.
