RESPONSABILITATI

Personal Services Group is recruiting ICT Project/System Engineer - Sibiu

Responsibilities:
With your expertise, you will contribute to the successful operation of our different ICT infrastructure and applications for the entire group. Other responsibilities would be to:

- support and maintain the infrastructure of the company, which includes servers, switches, routers (firewalls), as well as server-side middleware and application software;
- provide technical support for users and customers in the scope of our incident, problem and change process (including root cause analysis) as part of the global Support team;
- taking responsibility for a part of our maintenance operations and leading/guiding fellows in this area of responsibility. This includes the design, implementation and maintenance of the operational procedures;
- executing of ICT projects (as team member or project leader) for investigating technical possibilities and new solutions for leveraging new business opportunities in an international environment;
- participate in activities related to the procurement of IT equipment, hardware and software.


CERINTE

- university degree in computer sciences or IT professional with solid practical experience in the above fields (3- 5 years);
- proven practical experience in administration of Microsoft Windows Servers and maintaining of Microsoft back office systems and applications (Microsoft Windows Domain, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, DFS);
- good overall understanding of network technologies as Cisco network devices, network protocols and internet technologies;
- experience of Linux/Unix systems would be an advantage;
- profound knowledge of PC hardware and system software as well as of typical PC applications;
- experience in operating/managing ICT services based on Service Level Agreements (as part of the Service Catalogue);
- experience in applying common IT / Project Management methodologies like ITIL, Prince2, PMI as well as Information Security standards like ISO 27001 are an asset;
- excellent analytical skills and the ability to work based on Service Level Agreements including a KPI based reporting;
- very good team spirit and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with fellows in an international environment including guiding/mentoring of juniors;
- proficiency in managing outsourced services;
- strong sense of responsibility, initiative and cost/budget awareness;
- willingness to travel and participating in /managing of international projects in different locations in a multilingual environment;
- willingness to work flexible hours, working in a shift system and on-call duty;
- fluent use of English. German and/or French are assets.
