Contributing to the data compiling for the monthly salary preparation (including meal vouchers, time management system)
Personnel Administration (full-filling birocratic obligations, drafting certificates, filing in the workbooks)
Maintaining the relationship with all relevant authorities
Managing the whole process of contracting from contract issue to introduction of new employees to the organization
Participating in the organization of marketing/ recruiting events and/or internal HR projects
Collecting training/qualification measure &condense them into effective programs
University degree in economics or others
At least one year of general experience in the HR department
Good knowledge and understanding of the Romanian labor legislation
Good speaking, writing and reading skills in English
Certification ‘HR Inspector’
Knowledge of international operating companies
