RESPONSABILITATI

Leads HR project teams to deliver cross functional projects in line with Colt business
strategy and goals
System Programmes
Establishing and communicating with project teams providing clear definition
of roles, responsibilities, milestones etc.
Monitor and maintain project plans, flagging deviations to critical milestones
to key stakeholders
Coordinate different work streams within projects and resolving any conflicts
that may arise
Where appropriate, managing overall project spend against budget, report
and monitor accordingly
Implement systems, interact with technical teams and understand the
purpose, technical capability, requirements and potential limitations of the
implementation
Plan stages of the project, configuring and attending workshops as required
Work with SME’s and HRIS India to ensure test plans are developed and
testing planned and executed accordingly
Track and co-ordinate with senior HR teams; responsible for reporting on
progress of HR plans
Maintenance of all relevant programme documentation including project
plans, risks and issues logs, timelines, project charters, etc.
Ensure all system requirements are captured, understood and documented
Attend workshops with senior stakeholders to discuss the reasons for the
system implementation, benefits, relevant system changes, improvements
and automations
Work with colleagues in the HRSSC teams and HRIS team in India to drive
programmes forward
Continue to strive for Process Excellence and support the transition of HR
activities to the HRSSC
Lead any HR programme initiative that is required to support the overall HR
and BSU strategy
Specifically adhere to a data Management and Validation strategy to ensure
that our HR data is secure, up to date and the process for mass uploads is
clearly articulated and understood
Support the implementation of management information
Support potential offshoring activities that may lead to process changes
Support and drive potential outsourcing projects that will require vendor
analysis and supplier selection


CERINTE

Proven experience of project management from initiation through to
planning, risk management and project evaluation
Direct experience of HR with operational focus on system implementation
HR systems experience and knowledge must include either Oracle, SAP,
Peoplesoft or Success Factors
Preferably experience of project management across Europe
Direct exposure to Business Continuity and Risk planning is preferred
HR Management qualification
Prince 2, MSP or equivalent
