Key accountabilities
System Programmes
•Establishing and communicating with project teams providing clear definition of roles, responsibilities, milestones etc.
•Monitor and maintain project plans, flagging deviations to critical milestones to key stakeholders
•Coordinate different work streams within projects and resolving any conflicts that may arise
•Where appropriate, managing overall project spend against budget, report and monitor accordingly
•Implement systems, interact with technical teams and understand the purpose, technical capability, requirements and potential limitations of the implementation
•Plan stages of the project, configuring and attending workshops as required
•Ensures test plans are developed and testing planned and executed accordingly
•Track and co-ordinate with senior HR teams; responsible for reporting on progress of HR plans
•Maintenance of all relevant programme documentation including project plans, risks and issues logs, timelines, project charters, etc.
•Ensure all system requirements are captured, understood and documented
Other Project Tasks
•Work with colleagues in the HR teams to drive programmes forward
•Lead any HR programme initiative that is required to support the overall HR strategy
•Specifically adhere to a data Management and Validation strategy to ensure that our HR data is secure, up to date and the process for mass uploads is clearly articulated and understood
•Support the implementation of management information
•Support potential offshoring activities that may lead to process changes
•Support and drive potential outsourcing projects that will require vendor analysis and supplier selection
Role requirements
Experience:
•Proven experience of project management from initiation through to planning, risk management and project evaluation
•Direct experience of HR with operational focus on system implementation
•HR systems experience and knowledge must include either Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft or Success Factors
•Preferably experience of project management across Europe
•Direct exposure to Business Continuity and Risk planning is preferred
