- Answer incoming calls, process all email requests received, and log all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues
- Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user issues
- Assist with defining and documenting knowledge base articles
- German or French is advanced at an advanced level
- English - advanced / medium
- Strong MS Office 2003/2007 skills Preferred Qualifications The Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2+ years experience providing support along with troubleshooting hardware, network, software issues.
- Excellent troubleshooting capability
- Wired & Wireless network experience
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
