Main tasks:
- Organizing travels, administrating the managers¿ agenda;
- Providing statistics and information; preparing different kind of presentations;
- Maintaining good relations with all business partners internal or outside Conti;
- Hosting visitors and organize meetings;
- To organize the company¿s different events.
Qualifications required:
- University degree;
- Excellent knowledge of English, excellent knowledge of German;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Word, Excel).
Personal profile:
- Very good communication skills, organizing and planning skills, Service-Oriented attitude.
