Daily reconciliation of multiple bank accounts for both internal, merchant and client accounts..
- Purchasing and invoicing functions. .
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliations.
- Preparing entries for Monthly Accounts
- Assisting with key accounting functions including monthly and annual reports, payroll and tax payments
- Producing various other financial reports on demand.
- Graduate from an Accounting or Finance faculty.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years accounting experience.
- Experience in using accounting systems, preferably SunSystems.
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Disciplined with a close attention to detail.
- Proactive team member
