For our Colt office in Sibiu we are looking to take onboard an Excel Specialist with advanced Office skills including vlook-ups and Macros.

Role purpose:
Primary responsibility for maintenance of real estate database, and driving improvements in reporting capability and accuracy. Creating and supporting the required IT platforms to produce MI reports covering the areas of CRES finance, real estate and facilities. Also provides general support to activities of Business Performance Manager
Key accountabilities:
•This role is neither a Process Owner nor a Process Manager. There are certain features from both process roles that are applicable for this role.
•This role is accountable for following features:
•Implementing and maintaining process excellence standards (ITIL where appropriate)
•Governing changes and sponsoring improvements to your process(es)
•Complying with Colt’s data quality principles
•Identifying and implementing agreed changes and improvements to the processes
•Provides general support for Business Performance Manager
•Collates project update reports from Transaction Managers
•Supports financial reporting processes
•Maintains real estate database accuracy
•Supports data mining of portfolio by RE team members
•Prepares draft documents for review
•Supports the production of a DASHBOARD for reporting CRES performance on real estate costs, transactions, facilities costs and SLA performance
•Works with finance to raise purchase orders, manage payments and collection and produces data for the input into CRES business cases
Experience required:
•IT/ Analytical background in a similar role
•Advanced IT and Excel skills
•Experience in supporting and managing database and other IT systems
•Excellent computing and numeracy skills
Qualifications:
•Holds a recognised IT/Computer/Maths/Business Qualification
•Degree of equivalent college qualification in IT/Computing/Maths/Business
•Fluent in English (essential) German (preferred) plus another European language (advantageous)

Our European expansion continued as we raised new capital, won many awards, and began to work in Spain, Switzerland, and deepen our presence in France and Germany.
