- Fluent in verbal and writing Italian (mandatory)
- Good in verbal and writing English
- Proven customer support experience
- Proficiency using PC applications
- Inter-personal skills and the ability to interact effectively with varying personality types.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent customer service skills and the profound ability to be customer centric
